                                   EXCHANGE POLICY

We check all our product for damage before shipping and due to COVID we do not entertain return/exchange of the product once bought. In case you do receive a damaged product we request you to write a detailed mail to shreejeeboutique1@gmail.com within 2 days from receipt of the product, we will revert back within 2-5 working days of receipt of the enquiry. We will then send an update, if the return can be accepted we will mail a confirmation. If the reason of the return is due to mistake on our side, we promise to exchange the returned product(s). You may now proceed to send the package back to us. No exchange will be entertained post 2 days of product receipt, its best you communicate any reason for exchange immediately. Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, further undamaged and un-customized. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials.

If the product does not reach us within 7 days from date of exchange confirmation, product will not be eligible for exchange.

SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY

 

We will ship purchases within 2 days of receiving your order. Shipping is a complementary service within India. Product along with original Invoice will be shipped once we confirm payment for the same has been received in our bank. Due to COVID we have temporarily suspended COD (cash on delivery) orders. Once we send out the shipment we will send the tracking number of the concerned logistics partner to the registered email address/phone number.
